Plan A Memorable Funeral Service In Liverpool

funeral service in LiverpoolDealing with the death of a loved one can be one of the most traumatic events in a person’s life, but planning a funeral service in Liverpool doesn’t have to be. Most funeral services can be tailored according to the deceased and family’s wishes. This requires a lot of planning and team collaboration, which the grieving person will probably not look forward to during their time of grief. Unfortunately, the family of the deceased individual must act fast and prepare for the funeral arrangements.

Barrington Funeral Directors can help you and your family in Liverpool plan a funeral service without the unnecessary stress and headaches. Recently, a local teacher and community volunteer suddenly passed away, leaving her family and loved ones in a state of shock. Many were dealing with the impact of her sudden passing and were not fully prepared to plan a funeral service. With the assistance of a family friend, the deceased woman’s son contacted Barrington Funeral Directors to discuss funeral service options. After discussing the various options, the family opted for a traditional funeral service. They were pleased to learn that a funeral director would handle all the arrangements including planning the actual funeral service itself. The funeral package also consisted of items such as advice on making claims from the DWP Social Fund, and registering the person’s death. The package also included items such as administering charitable donations, and collection and transportation of family members from their home to the funeral service.

Please make an appointment before visiting our offices. If you are in isolation, shielding  or clinically vulnerable we can still help by using email and the internet. Our Waterloo office is open 9am - 5pm and Formby is currently open 10am - 4pm. There are still lots of ways that we can discuss to make the service personal and involve people from a distance.

Funerals are still taking place but there is a legal limit on attendance at the service of 30 people. Any reception or wake is subject to the current restrictions on hospitality.

Thanks for your understanding. Please don't wait before making arrangements. It's important that we still hold funeral services promptly.

      Thanks very much,

      David and Claire Barrington.
