Looking for Affordable Funeral Costs in Netherton?

Funeral Costs in CrosbyOnce you have been announced the departure of a close one, you will need to start looking at funeral costs in Netherton and planning the proper farewell for the family, relatives and close friends. However, it can be hard on the family when you are planning the funeral of a beloved one. The death of someone can come as a total shock to a person even if they had been expecting it. That’s when we, at Barringtons Independent Funeral Services, come in and help to relieve the pressure and make sure that the process and the planning goes smoothly.

In Netherton, funeral costs include providing you with various options so that you can have a funeral that’s within your budget. During this period, we will help you by doing all the required paperwork to make sure that you do not have to deal with added stress, however, when you come in to discuss the funeral, you will be asked a number of questions so that our funeral directors can arrange a marvellous funeral as a final farewell. One of the many questions that our clients often have is whether the death has to be reported to a coroner. A coroner may be notified by a doctor if the death of the person occurred in a hospital, there is no death certificate, the death was violent or unnatural, or if the death was sudden. However, if the doctor decides that the cause of death was clear, then he will sign the papers and you can then take the medical certificate to the registrar where the coroner will issue a certificate stating that a post-mortem is not required.

After you have looked at our packages and funeral costs in Netherton, our funeral directors will get ready and prepare the funeral including all the services that you have requested. You can always choose a more tailored funeral that suits your needs or you can simply pick a packaged funeral and we will be happy to oblige. If you would like more information about funeral costs, contact Barringtons.

    An overview of our
    approach to funeral service

      Coronavirus Virus Update

Thanks for visiting our website. We are open to support you during the current Coronavirus Crisis.

We are continuing to offer our service with some limitations to our working to keep you safe and also our team members.

At the moment we prefer to make arrangements remotely over the phone or using video conferencing. If you doesn't work for you, please let us know and we will make arrangements to support you.

Please make an appointment before visiting our offices. If you are in isolation, shielding  or clinically vulnerable we can still help by using email and the internet. We may visit you to sign paperwork or to collect items and we can also complete forms on your behalf or e-sign them using the internet.

Our Waterloo office is open 9am - 5pm and Formby is currently open 10am - 4pm. There are still lots of ways that we can discuss to make the service personal and involve people from a distance.

Funerals are still taking place but there is a legal limit on attendance at the service of 30 people. Any reception or wake is subject to the current restrictions on hospitality.

Thanks for your understanding. Please don't wait before making arrangements. It's important that we still hold funeral services promptly.

      Thanks very much,

      David and Claire Barrington.
