Funeral Home in Bootle

Funeral Home in BootleFor a funeral home in Bootle, whether you want a traditional funeral or a simple one, call a familiar funeral home. Having the services of a familiar funeral home when planning to bury a loved one, makes a very difficult situation go a bit smoother. You may want to plan a bespoke funeral or have the body cremated. Whatever your loved one wanted, make sure you have a well-known company to help you with the arrangements. A traditional funeral is popular with many people because it is something most people are familiar with. If your loved one wanted a simple service for the family only, most places will accommodate your wishes.

In Bootle, funeral home services are provided by Barringtons. The key to their approach is allowing you to make the choices for what to include in the service and what to leave out. Their team is there to help you make decisions when you need them. They have vast experience in arranging funeral services of all types, so they can make suggestions when necessary. They will have an initial consultation with you to find out about the deceased and the type of service you wish to have. You will be asked to decide about whether you want a religious service or not; whether you want burial or cremation, the venue and other details about the service. They will help with newspaper ads as well. You could ring them up and make an appointment to see them to discuss your plans.

When you need a funeral home in Bootle, Barringtons stands ready to assist you. They will complete the necessary statutory paperwork during your consultation and explain any legal procedures required. Rest assured that you are in good hands with Barringtons. They have been providing services to the community for many years and they know how to steer you through the process. If you need assistance from a funeral home, contact Barringtons.

      Coronavirus Virus Update

Thanks for visiting our website. We are open to support you during the current Coronavirus Crisis.

We are continuing to offer our service with some limitations to our working to keep you safe and also our team members.

At the moment we prefer to make arrangements remotely over the phone or using video conferencing. If you doesn't work for you, please let us know and we will make arrangements to support you.

Please make an appointment before visiting our offices. If you are in isolation, shielding  or clinically vulnerable we can still help by using email and the internet. We may visit you to sign paperwork or to collect items and we can also complete forms on your behalf or e-sign them using the internet.

Our Waterloo office is open 9am - 5pm and Formby is currently open 10am - 4pm. There are still lots of ways that we can discuss to make the service personal and involve people from a distance.

Funerals are still taking place but there is a legal limit on attendance at the service of 30 people. Any reception or wake is subject to the current restrictions on hospitality.

Thanks for your understanding. Please don't wait before making arrangements. It's important that we still hold funeral services promptly.

      Thanks very much,

      David and Claire Barrington.
