Funeral Planning in Toxteth

Funeral Planning in ToxtethFuneral planning in Toxteth can be a truly daunting task. When you have just lost a beloved family member the last thing on your mind is planning the funeral.  Besides which there are many rules and regulations that need to be followed. We have many years experience in planning funerals and can help the family decide what they want and then arrange everything to their requirements. You have many options as to the service and burial. You may prefer a cremation which is often a private affair.  A service can be held in a chapel or a hall and have religious overtones or be a simple memorial ceremony to remember the life of the deceased.

If a loved one has passed away in Toxteth, funeral planning is needed for a service for the deceased. Losing someone close to you is the most stressful situation you will ever encounter in your life. Divorce and moving house are second and third. When you are under such stress and grief it is often difficult to decide what kind of funeral you would be satisfied with and what amount of money will cover it.  We encourage you to work with a budget and we can help you with various options. The last thing you want is to worry about the costs. We make sure that you can afford the funeral and accompaniments like coffin prices and flowers and the price of a burial versus the price of a cremation.

Funeral planning in Toxteth is our specialty.  We understand how devastated you are and how hard it is to cope. Contact Barringtons as soon as you have need of our services and we will have a funeral director to guide and aid you. Our staff have sympathy for your situation and will make the arrangements as stress-free as possible.  We will keep track of all the things one needs to do at this time like inform all the other relatives and friends.  If you have relatives from afar then the funeral will need to be delayed until they can arrive but this may only be for a few days.

Please make an appointment before visiting our offices. If you are in isolation, shielding  or clinically vulnerable we can still help by using email and the internet. Our Waterloo office is open 9am - 5pm and Formby is currently open 10am - 4pm. There are still lots of ways that we can discuss to make the service personal and involve people from a distance.

Funerals are still taking place but there is a legal limit on attendance at the service of 30 people. Any reception or wake is subject to the current restrictions on hospitality.

Thanks for your understanding. Please don't wait before making arrangements. It's important that we still hold funeral services promptly.

      Thanks very much,

      David and Claire Barrington.
