Low Cost Funerals in Southport

Low Cost Funerals in Southport

Low Cost Funerals in SouthportWith our low cost funerals in Southport, an affordable interment is available. We understand how difficult it is to lose someone close to you. Not only is the death a shock to the system, even if the person was very ill, the stress of trying to arrange a funeral at this time is quite beyond most people. Our funeral directors are very experienced in arranging the type of funeral the family needs. By spending time with the family we find out whether a religious or non religious ceremony is required and what sort of venue will be needed. A church, chapel or other religious venue is used for a religious ceremony and a hall or a garden for a non-religious ceremony. Many people are choosing to have a celebration of life gathering which we can arrange for you.

Decisions need to be taken by the family about whether they are going to have a burial or cremation. In Southport, low cost funerals normally entail a cremation but a burial can be arranged at a reasonable price. Budget needs to be one of the first items to be discussed at we cannot offer advice or begin arrangements without knowing the extent of the funds. Once a budget has been agreed we will work with it to provide a send off your loved one would be proud of. Each funeral is individual as everyone has a different idea of how they would like to say goodbye.

    An overview of our
    approach to funeral service

      Coronavirus Virus Update

Thanks for visiting our website. We are open to support you during the current Coronavirus Crisis.

We are continuing to offer our service with some limitations to our working to keep you safe and also our team members.

At the moment we prefer to make arrangements remotely over the phone or using video conferencing. If you doesn't work for you, please let us know and we will make arrangements to support you.

Please make an appointment before visiting our offices. If you are in isolation, shielding  or clinically vulnerable we can still help by using email and the internet. We may visit you to sign paperwork or to collect items and we can also complete forms on your behalf or e-sign them using the internet.

Our Waterloo office is open 9am - 5pm and Formby is currently open 10am - 4pm. There are still lots of ways that we can discuss to make the service personal and involve people from a distance.

Funerals are still taking place but there is a legal limit on attendance at the service of 30 people. Any reception or wake is subject to the current restrictions on hospitality.

Thanks for your understanding. Please don't wait before making arrangements. It's important that we still hold funeral services promptly.

      Thanks very much,

      David and Claire Barrington.
